TN Wildlife Resource Agency

The 2nd grade classes are reading "Henry & Mudge a Starry Night" this week. To go along with the story Mr. Shawn Edgmon from the TN Wildlife Resource Agency came to speak about life cycles, habitats in Tennessee. He brought with him his trailer which had many exhibits for the children to look at. He had specimens of all the native wildlife of Tennessee for the children to see up close. Mr. Edgmon also showed the children pelts of some animals native to Tennessee: beaver, coyote, and raccoon. The children enjoyed seeing the exhibits and learning lots of new facts. Thank you Mr. Edgmon and the Tennessee Wildlife Resource Agency.
