2nd grade's guest speaker

The 2nd grade had Charlotte Cain as a guest speaker today. She talked about the importance of being able to read and how it can make your life easier. She read aloud "Sarah Cynthia Sylvia Stout Would Not Take The Garbage Out" by Shel Silverstein. She also showed the student how many items can look the same (grape juice and cooking oil or toothpaste and muscle cream) and how being able to read can help you from making harmful mistakes.
